As an essential health service, we remain open for business as usual.
We are COVID-19 compliant to hospital standards, and we are here to support you.
All appointments and programs are continuing as usual, at regular times.
There are no time, curfew or travel distance restrictions for you obtaining health care.
Look after your mental health: Keep your treatment steady, and keep your appointments.
Stage 4 Restrictions for Metro Melbourne, from 6pm Sun 2 Aug 2020.
What does this mean for me?
- curfew, stay at home from 8pm to 5am (unless for work, study, caregiving or health care)
- stay within 5km of your home from 5am to 8pm (unless for work, study, caregiving or healthcare)
- restricted hours of public transport, with normal timetable between 5am and 8pm.
- 1 person per household doing 1 trip to shops per day
- 1 hour exercise per day outside the home
- No visitors to your home
- Masks when in public or interacting with others outside the home, 12years old or older
- Children will be remote schooled
Stage 3 Restrictions for Regional Victoria, from 12am Thu 6 Aug 2020.
What does this mean for me?
- Stay at home (unless for essential shopping, work, study, caregiving or healthcare)
- Exercise outside the home with only one other person
- No visitors to your home
- Masks when in public or interacting with others outside the home, 12years old or older
- Children will be remote schooled
We remain a Category 1 low-risk facility, with no cases amongst our patients or staff currently.
We remain open for in-person mental health services for all our Group Programs, and Individual Therapy.
All our Group Programs and Individual Therapy are also available remotely using our high quality video conferencing systems, or by phone, if your payer or health fund allows it.
We are accepting new patients. We have psychiatrists available for appointments with no waiting list.

We offer our programs on a day admission basis and can be provide treatment in an intensive format,
so that while you are working things through, you can remain connected to your family and community.
